Even Radev's behavior is such that he is trying to distance himself from the other political leaders. “We also see the absence of a leadership debate, which has been absent for the last 10-15 years. Something that impresses me in this election campaign is the presence of the political stake that is offered to us as reforms, and they present elementary things that we have been hearing for years - reform in the judicial system, reform in the prosecutor's office, fight against backstage. Priority political procedures present them to us as new innovations. Conversations about the judicial system and the topic of reform are things that have been moving in the public space for ten years. When someone starts talking about corruption and an oligarchic model, I want to hear concrete things. Counteracting corruption is not a slogan that goes around in space and they explain to us how something imaginary will be, but real in practice in governance how it is done“, added the guest.
“What I hear from President Radev is that one thing and another must be done. President Radev suffers from the systematicity that is built into him because he was a head of state. He has systematic thinking. The presidential institution contains a great deal of expertise and many different qualities as a political entity. What is currently being painted for President Radev, the political leader Radev, is the image of a statesman.
