On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Sofia organized a solemn iftar dinner, which was attended by representatives of the religious communities in the country, including the Chief Mufti of the Muslims in Bulgaria and representatives of the Catholic, Armenian and Jewish communities.
His Excellency Ambassador Abdulrahman Ahmed Aljaber noted in his speech to the guests that the month of Ramadan carries very good meanings and symbolism, expressed in the fact that we all live by the right of peace, love and brotherhood.
These values, which are the slogan of the United Arab Emirates, are adopted as a consistent approach in the country's domestic and foreign policy and build concepts that are the basis of peace and tolerance between peoples, religions and ethnicities in all their diversity.< /p>
