The parliamentary group of the BSP presented the report on the activities of the Interim commission to establish facts and circumstances surrounding the signing of the contract with the Turkish gas company "Botash", which was concluded at the beginning of 2023 by the office of Galab Donev. This was reported by Nova TV.
The report states that the clauses in the agreement are to the detriment of the Bulgarian side and in fact it is not an agreement for access of "Bulgargaz" to Turkey's liquefied gas terminals.

The agreement stipulates that within 13 years the entry point Malkochlar/Strandja will have a daily capacity of 53,200 MWh of natural gas, which on an annual basis equals 1 billion 840 million cubic meters of gas.
