The case of the murder in Tsalapitsa: Rangel Bizyurev admitted that he was the only one who struck Dimitar Malinov - 1

In essence, the case against the twins Borislav and Valentin Dinkovi, accused of personal concealment for the murder of the young man Dimitar Malinov from Tsalapitsa, BNR reported.

The main witness in this case is Rangel Bizyurev, accused as the perpetrator of the murder.

Rangel Bizyurev testified that only he struck Dimitar Malinov, and the twins did not participate in the beating. The brawl happened after Rangel learned that Mitko had spoken offensive and insulting words about him.

That is why he asked one of his brothers - Borislav, to immediately arrange a meeting with his rival. On the fateful night, Mitko went out, and when they met, the two had a fight. Rangel insists that he hit Mitko several times, but only in the body, not in the head and face.

According to Rangel, Mitko fell but was alive. Rangel and Borislav left with the twins' car, but at some point Bizyurev asked them to return. There he already found that Dimitar Malinov had no signs of life. Then he got scared and panicked, and Borislav took the initiative to erase the traces.

They loaded the body into the trunk and he called his brother to come with a pick and shovel. Valentine came in another car and brought the tools. Rangel and Borislav found a place by the road where they dug a hole and buried the body. They then masked the site with construction waste and other rubbish. The next day they left for the sea.

However, before the investigating police, the Dinkov twins claimed that only Rangel had committed both the beating and the burying of the body. Finally, he threatened them to keep quiet about what had happened so that they wouldn't get hurt. This was told by one of the investigators who took their first testimony after the murder was discovered. He specified that later the brothers repeatedly changed their versions.
