Our society has proven that it can succeed when we all join forces in the name of the spiritual growth, dignity and well-being of our people, when education, science and culture are honored, and hard work, dedication, talent and integrity are recognized by the whole society. This is what the head of state Rumen Radev said in his speech at the National History Museum in Sofia.
He and his wife Desislava Radeva are the hosts of the traditional reception on the occasion of the Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture, and of Slavic literature.
The event was attended by acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, Vice President Iliana Yotova, constitutional judges and representatives of the judiciary, cabinet ministers, diplomats, politicians, representatives of local government institutions and public figures.
