Vratsa celebrates its holiday today, related to Botev and those who died for the freedom of Bulgaria. At 9:30 a.m., a children's festival will begin in front of the Vratsa Municipality building. There will be various workshops and fun games suitable for children of all age groups, even the youngest ones, the Municipality of Vratsa told BTA. Children will have fun with drawings on asphalt, build with a constructor, learn how to play with different types of dolls, make soap bubbles. The girls and boys from “Interact“ will show how to paint with salt, volunteers from the Bulgarian Youth Red Cross will also participate, who have also prepared various activities, there will also be a Bibliobus full of children's books.
From 11:00, the children's favorite parade of fairy-tale characters will begin, and all participants will receive a gift of a helium balloon. There will also be ice cream for all children, said the Municipality of Vratsa.
The ceremonial meeting of the Municipal Council, at which the title “Honorary Citizen of Vratsa” and the “Vratsa Award” will be awarded, is from 10:00 a.m. in the City Concert Hall.
