Due to an ill juror, the Sofia City Court postponed for a month the case about the serious accident on the capital ring road from two years ago, in which a French citizen died and his wife was seriously injured. This was announced by the BNR.
The defendant in the case is Dimitar Ljubenov, who, due to the high speed and driving after consuming alcohol and drugs, was charged by the prosecutor's office with causing death with possible intent.
Six witnesses were supposed to be questioned in the case, but three of them did not appear at the hearing.
