Thus, the former director of the OD of the Ministry of the Interior in Plovdiv, Vasil Kostadinov, commented on his intentions to work in the system of the Ministry of the Interior, after the Administrative Court decided that his dismissal order was incorrect and returned him to work, reported Plovdiv24.bg.
He was fired last year by the Minister of Internal Affairs Kalin Stoyanov.
Kostadinov clarified that there is still a 14-day period for appealing to the Supreme Court. "I should be offered either the same position, if it is vacant, and it is not at the moment, or a position according to the classification of positions in the Ministry of the Interior.
"However, I am well aware of the approach in the ministry at the moment, as I am the third employee in a row reinstated after wrongfully terminated employment. Before me is Sulko Litov, deputy director of the directorate in Plovdiv during my time, who was dealt with himself and who was offered a position below his skills and qualities, since his position was also occupied. They are good at this at the moment.
So the procedure is as follows – which position they decide to offer me, if I consider it, I will accept it, if not - we say goodbye and start suing each other because I was not offered an adequate position", Vasil Kostadinov added.
"I will serve in the Ministry of the Interior, whether now, whether in 14 - 20 - 30 days, or in a few months. But he will not serve. He himself decided that he would not serve, deciding to carry out political, economic and oligarchic orders, his entire leadership is like that.
I knew the court's decision from the beginning. Because this is an absurd accusation - to impute abuse of power for BGN 16.80 illegally used funds by one employee, given that I neither took this money, nor did we divide it. Nor was I aware that I was committing any offense. This is absurd!
They ruined the entire directorate, they also ruined human destinies, including to fulfill political and economic orders. They went to the lowest possible level of self-harm, including with my driver and other people who had my trust. They were put in a hospital, made to feel like criminals. I will not forgive these scumbags!
I don't even care that I say it like that! Because all my life I have understood this profession in a much different way than those in power understand it now.
