Consultations with the head of state with all parties represented in the parliament ended yesterday. The delivery of the first exploratory mandate is pending.
When asked if he is optimistic about forming a government after the consultations with the parties represented in parliament, the statesman said that he can answer after the realization or lack thereof of the first mandate.
When asked who will be the head of the Bulgarian delegation for the NATO Summit in Washington, Radev said that he assumes that there is a decision of the Council of Ministers.
