From the very beginning, after seeing the election results, I believe that there is no way to form a cabinet, and that is probably because we saw before how many times a cabinet was not formed. In recent days, there has been talk of implementing the Greek model for the electoral system. According to Miteva, he would not solve the problem and gave an example of the electoral system of 2009.
"When the mixed electoral system was introduced in 2009, it was mechanically mixed, then in fact the party that defeated GERB won all the majority mandates and DPS took a few. The same thing happened at the time of the Great National Assembly, only in 2009 GERB got 116 deputies instead of the 103 deputies they were entitled to, because of the votes they received.
