The purpose of the detention and the charges against producer Niko Tuparev is to clear the ground for someone. This is not just about taking business away. This commented before "Now" Greta Ganeva, who is a lawyer in Tuparev's commercial affairs.

He was detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs yesterday, and the only thing that is clear is that this was done by order of the prosecutor's office. So far, the state prosecution has not announced exactly what the case against Tuparev is and it is not clear what warrants his detention. He can be held in custody without a court order for up to 72 hours.

Attorney Ganeva, however, believes that the attack is not just against her client, but also against bTV, as contracts related to television are being checked. According to her, the institutions are being used for illegitimate purposes. Ganeva also said that there is an explanation of who is behind all this, but she does not want to share it publicly, since in such cases no traces are ever left.

"The accusation is that, in his capacity as a partner, he "appropriated other people's money... entrusted to him to keep and manage it", having "ordered" amounts allocated to him by the company for the payment of profit/dividend. The sums went through the bank, with tax paid, they were declared as a distributed dividend in the GFO and in the tax declarations of the company and of Niko himself," Ganeva wrote on Facebook.

She also reveals an interesting detail from the kitchen of the prosecutor's office - the supervising prosecutor in the case is the former special prosecutor Dimitar Frantisek Petrov, who also became famous for the notorious "Eight Dwarfs" case.

According to the lawyer, there was obviously no basic check, at least in the Commercial Register, from which the prosecutor could establish that the manager of the company for the period for which Tuparev is accused was the other partner, and that only the manager had representative powers to carry out bank orders, i.e. "No one could have ordered the amount.

"The manager and now former partner of Niko submitted to the Commercial Register documents of dubious content and authenticity, which are contested in court and the prosecutor's office was referred, based on which he allegedly became the sole owner of the capital, and in order to obscure the situation, he then tried to make his wife a partner through her company", writes Ganeva. This same person, who is also Tuparev's first cousin, filed the report on which the prosecutor's office formally took action.

She admits that the decision to detain Tuparev "was probably made in an identical manner to the one described by Lyubena Petrova (Pavlova after the divorce with Pepi Euroto) - the indictments were written in "The Eight Dwarfs" and after they were referred to the prosecutor's office, they were directly signed by the relevant prosecutor and executed".

In her words, "at the moment, practically the entire country is mobilized on the case through its institutions - prosecutor's office, CPC, NRA, RZI, media". "As it was said, the frog is cooked and the dwarfs are increasingly corpulent", Ganeva ends her post allegorically.
