"Rosen Zhelyazkov is the person who currently enjoys the highest public image among GERD people. However, to what extent does the construction of this cabinet depend on him? We all know that Borisov is behind. This was explained to the BNR political scientist Georgi Prodanov after it became clear who the GERB-SDS prime minister candidate is.
Zhelyazkov presented the composition and structure of the cabinet to the president.

This is either a desire to demonstrate that there is a certain period of calming down of the political situation, for which all responsibility is taken by GERB, or it is a move by Borisov to demonstrate that he is not in the arms of Peevski and does not depend so much on DPS.
"We don't know if this is a situation that DPS will support - a return to the previous system of governance when the Movement was in the shadows".
Borisov is in a situation where he has to minimize damage from this first term, the political scientist pointed out.
"This is a good move and a return to a situation where GERB sets the rules".
For me, this cabinet is oriented towards messages aimed at the DPS, Prodanov also explained in the program "Before all".
"Peevski is placed in a situation where there are two possible options. One is to support the cabinet with some standard explanation that it needs stability. The other is to refuse support – this is less likely, but should not be ruled out.
Either the non-public commitments to the DPS are too serious and enable the Movement to feel comfortable supporting the government, or the DPS will not support it.
In the Movement, a purge of prominent figures for a poor election result has begun.
"This was a preparation for the open entry of the DPS into power. But Borisov's proposal is not an invitation to participate.
It is interesting what the reaction of the Movement will be, because they have been "warming up" for a long time.
The political scientist analyzes the possibility of support from ITN.
"ITN has behind it Slavi Trifonov and many characterological features. ITN should not be seen as a party that would blindly follow a certain attitude. They are in a situation to try to extract benefits.
The government includes people like Lyuben Dilov and Evtim Miloshev, who have a relationship with Slavi Trifonov in the past.
The question remains how far the power and commitment of these visible or invisible partners in the form of DPS and ITN extends.
Prodanov believes that the safest option for achieving parliamentary support is through some people from "Greatness".
"Majesty" is not responsible to anyone. It is the only parliamentary formation that can interpret in any way a support of a cabinet. The key to elementary mathematical balance is there".
