Two groups in the BKP-DS quarreled on the subject of DPS. Multigroup DS through Peevski believe that the stage of an ethnic party is over and they should orient themselves towards a mass party in order to win elections and lead the state. The second group believes that the DPS mainly has the task of protecting the interests and rights of this ethnic group, and it is not normal for an ethnic Bulgarian, albeit a behind-the-scenes boss, to be the face of the party.

My problem is that this brutal intervention by Peevski may radicalize parts of the DPS,
just like Podpolnikov and Kostadinov - simply because they have no other choice. And Islamic radicalism can also penetrate through this door. I understand that Peevski can buy, scare, terrorize - but this man, in addition to destroying everything he touches, can also destroy the country by aiding radicalism.
All this could be expected - since the time of KTB - the system of behind-the-scenes management raised Peevski to the level of a "lama" who needs to usurp more and more money and power -
parasitic type of power that eventually eats the host - DPS, GERB, finally Bulgaria.
Peevski imposes the corporate management model - he gives the money, demands obedience.
In this situation, it will be a miracle if the GERB government passes.
