GERB leader Boyko Borisov indulged in creativity during the debate before the vote for the "Zhelyazkov" cabinet.
The discussions have been going on for nearly three hours now, although more than an hour ago he personally proposed to end the debate. Borisov temporarily left the hall, but later returned and stoically listened to the speeches of his colleagues.
As has happened on other occasions, the former prime minister started painting with materials at hand. This time he was armed with a pen and a worksheet of the National Assembly.
