„The change” in the Metropolitan Municipality criminally convened an extraordinary meeting of the SOS. I give Terziev and his administration to the prosecutor's office! This was written by the municipal councilor and deputy chairman of VMRO Carlos Contrera on his Facebook profile. The reason for the sharp reaction is the meeting of the capital's parliament scheduled for today, the purpose of which is to review the decision of the SOS to change the management of municipal companies.
Why do I say criminal - because Terziev's order in question was revoked by the regional governor already last Friday and practically there is no order, and there is no way to have a session. Does Terziev agree with this - no. He and his cohort are above the law, for them the rules are an annoying detail that they can ignore, Contrera explains.
We remind you that on July 18, 2024, in a letter, Vasil Terziev returned for a new discussion the decision of the SOS on the competitions and the boards. Note - he returns a decision to the SOS by letter, and the law clearly states that the mayor of the municipality performs his executive actions by order. On July 19, 2024, with complaint OA23-8984, Contrera appealed to the regional governor of Sofia that Terziev's order was void and illegal. An investigation into the case is being established. On 23.07.2024, together with the other two submitters of the report (Galabov and Petrova), through Terziev, they submitted a second complaint to the Regional Administration, in which they indicated additional reasons. The number is СОА24-ВК66-6253/2/ dated 23/07/2024. Terziev hid the complaint to the Regional Administration for three days and sent it only on Friday, despite the fact that the law requires him to immediately send all materials to the administrative body.
Actually, contrary to the lies spewed by the PPDBSS, the regional governor was approached on July 19 and he made his decision within a reasonable seven-day period. This lie, how the regional administration made its decision literally in a day, also collapses. However, the question remains as to why Terziev hid the complaint from July 23 to 26, the mayor from VMRO also asks.
The situation becomes even more curious, because after the regional governor canceled Terziev's order, there is practically no basis, no subject matter, nothing more to look at the report in question and the decision is already in force. However, Terziev persisted, even the website of the municipal council lacks information that the order has been revoked. Who are the mayor and his administration lying to? The citizens, the media, himself, he was also angry.
The session convened on August 1 is illegal, the point included has no subject because there is no return order. The SSPSS are trying to involve everyone in their illegal actions. Hopefully media outlets can be found to ask them the above questions. And in this case, I am sending Terziev and company a report to the prosecutor's office, because laws and rules cannot be violated in such an unprecedented way!
