Hristo Prodanov: With these rules, there is no consensus figure for a caretaker prime minister - 1

Consensus figure for a caretaker prime minister at this moment and with so the current rules and the Constitution, it is obvious that there is not. It is obvious that the current incumbent is a person of Peevski and Borisov, which has been clear since the first mandate. It was profitable for both of them to continue this caretaker government. In the last 7-8 years, we fought a battle with the backstage and with the parallel state. The new heroes who came and called themselves a new leadership hurried to go to secret meetings.

This is what the People's Representative from the BSP Hristo Prodanov said in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".

According to him, this parliament failed because Peevski did not allow Borisov to participate in government talks.

"If the president really wanted to have a government, he could have held a general meeting in search of common points between the parties, because the differences are not many and we can easily find them. He could have done such consultations before the mandate was given. It's already late - what will the president comment on the political parties?", asked Prodanov on Bulgaria ON AIR.

He is of the opinion that it is a mockery of the people to go to elections again.

"We will do our best to perform well in these elections because we have proven that we are a responsible party and we are the only party that what it says before the election, it does after the vote. As Pope Krastyu betrayed Levski, so those who were closest to Nineveh betrayed her. From there, tension begins to build up in the party," the MP emphasized.

In his words, his left can be strong when there is conversation and understanding, not betrayal.

"We will come out with our political platform, we will come out with the proposals to the Bulgarian citizens. I hope that more and more people will understand that there are no saviors. Salvation is in ourselves, to start listening to what the political parties are telling us, to draw our own conclusions. If people believe in populism and empty promises - we can't change it," he explained.

He also touched on the problem with kindergartens in Sofia.

"2007, when Borisov became mayor of Sofia in the midterm elections, that's when his political star rose. Then he promised that by the end of his term he would solve the problem with kindergartens. After him came Yordanka Fandakova. We have 10,000 places and a shortage of places in nurseries and kindergartens in Sofia," Hristo Prodanov added.
