In his words, under the guise of reforms, the Ministry of Internal Affairs was used, and professionals left the system, which is not an attractive place for young people.
"There, people survive and develop, guessers. The Ministry of Internal Affairs worked from 2009-2013, then the system had spirit, then it started to decline, and the last 4 years things have been a struggle. The employees stalk each other, they don't think about how to pursue something, but ask "whose are you?" This lowers the quality of work," said the social psychologist.
On the air of Bulgaria ON AIR, he pointed out that Kalin Stoyanov managed to stand as a barrier between political interference and the composition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by bringing calmness. The reasons for the resignation of Kalin Stoyanov, which has been requested over the years, he defined as "ridiculous", although there were many genuine reasons for this.
The guest called for reducing the stress in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to him, the fight against the bought vote will not be effective "if it is conducted like Boyko Rashkov".
"The Bulgarian voter does not vote en masse when you scare him. The strategy of scaremongering and everything is at the bottom does not work. Big waves appear when someone personally gives them hope to achieve something," the social psychologist gave guidance for increasing voter turnout.
According to Rosen Yordanov, the influence of Peevski, which he clearly had, is being overexposed, since "at the moment Dogan cannot remove him so easily". The guest said that the mafia is really strong when it is not public.
"When you take the stage, as Peevski did, that power and influence is lost. Hidden power is much stronger. This influence is currently highly overrated. He is on the field in front of everyone with what he has left. It probably still has an influence, but not as strong," commented Yordanov.
