In many places in the Ludogoriets and mountainous regions, there will be short-term, temporarily intense rainfall accompanied by thunder. There are also conditions for hail. The wind will be oriented from the north-northeast, mostly moderate. The maximum temperatures will be within wide limits: from 23°-25° in North-Eastern Bulgaria up to 29°-31° in Western Bulgaria and the Upper Thracian lowland. In Sofia, the maximum temperature will be around 27°.
Over the Black Sea, the cloud cover will be significant, cumulus and cumulus-rainy. Before noon on the north coast, and after noon and in the south there will be short-lived, temporarily intense showers of rain, accompanied by thunder. It will blow to a moderate wind from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 24° and 27°. The temperature of the sea water is 27°-29°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales.
Over the mountains, cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will develop and in many places there will be short showers of rain, accompanied by thunder and temporary strengthening of the wind. There are also conditions for hail. It will blow moderate, on the high and open parts - a strong wind from the north-northeast. The maximum temperature at a height of 1200 meters will be about 20°, at 2000 meters - about 14°.
