The Supreme administrative court (AC) gave a deadline to coalition "Democracy, rights and freedoms" DPS“ by 09:30 a.m. tomorrow to provide a power of attorney to withdraw the filed complaint against the instructions of 09/04/2024. of the Central Election Commission (CEC).

A complaint was received today by the Coalition "Democracy, Rights and Freedoms - DPS", represented by Jevdet Chakarov, the court announced earlier today. The appeal is against the instructions of the CEC of September 4, 2024, regarding the administrative examination of the submitted application for registration of the coalition. Simultaneously with the complaint, an application for its withdrawal was received in the court registry.
On September 4, the CEC adopted instructions by which the "DPS" coalitions – A New Beginning“ and “DPS - Democracy, rights and freedoms“ must provide documents certifying that the DPS party is not part of their composition by 5:00 p.m. on September 7.
The order in administrative case No. 8316 of 2024 is not subject to appeal, the announcement from the Supreme Court also states.
