11 migrants crammed into a car were found after an accident on the Ring Road in Sofia , BNT reported. Two women were injured in the collision between two cars. The car with the migrants has a Romanian registration.
At around 18.00, the emergency medics received a signal about the incident and two ambulances were immediately dispatched. On the spot, the doctors found a woman with a head injury who was driving one of the cars involved in the accident. She traveled alone, was taken to the hospital "St. Anna".
A woman who was traveling in the car with 11 people was also transported to the same medical facility. According to initial data, she has a hypertensive crisis and a panic attack.
The press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the accident, and at this stage they are not releasing any more data. According to our sources, the accident occurred after the driver of the car with the migrants was disobedient. Again, according to unofficial information, they said they were Syrian.
Due to the incident, a traffic jam had formed in both directions of the Ring Road.
