NATO is already really at war with Russia. The conflict that until recently looked like a conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and which would have ended if it was really a conflict between Russia and Ukraine, is now a conflict between Russia and NATO in open form. NATO fights, not just supports.
This was said by the geopolitical analyst Assoc. Valentin Vacev in front of "Focus".
The control, programming and targeting of the American long-range missiles that hit targets on Russian territory was carried out by American and British specialists, he pointed out.
In his words, the escalation of the war is not the work of either the Russian or the American president, but is a response of the neo-Trotskyists in the US Democratic Party. "As paradoxical as it may seem, they are on the move now, not Trump. They have already managed to thwart his well-intentioned conversation with Putin," the geopolitical analyst explained.
There are two possible scenarios from now on, according to him. One is a conversation between Putin and Trump. "Trump's initial ideas about ending the war are unacceptable to Putin, but they could talk and make a common strategic and historical understanding, because they are in a sense in homogeneous positions. They could agree on common historical issues, and that would indeed have led to the abatement of this war and to its conclusion in some form. This scenario is not happening at this stage. The second unfolds – NATO is fighting effectively with long-range missiles inside Russia and forcing Putin to respond in the most precise and clear way possible – with the use of a ballistic hypersonic missile with a medium radius of action," explained Assoc. Vacev.
He expects within a week for the first scenario to regain its chances of realization.
Valentin Vacev noted that in the European Union there is already a wave of very alarming statements by responsible specialized political and military analysts in connection with the escalation of tensions between NATO and the Kremlin.
According to him, NATO is in a serious political crisis.
"Some want a real escalation of tensions with Russia – the hotbed of the idea of real escalation in real time is in Britain, but in France, Germany and even Poland the idea of NATO involvement is not welcomed. I expect there will be disagreement within NATO on how to escalate. In my opinion, the attempt to bring all of NATO effectively and realistically into the war against Russia will meet with real resistance from Trump. This will be a distant nod from Trump to Putin, and Putin will probably respond with declarations that Trump's idea of shortening the war is not completely impossible after all," explained Assoc. Vacev.
He also commented on the political crisis in Bulgaria. "Without a government and without a parliament, Bulgaria is completely left to chance and the murky currents of historical movement. The entire Bulgarian political elite is a political clientele of the American Democratic Party. Our elites still cannot even think that they should go, and in fact they are condemned to disappear from the stage of the political history of Bulgaria. Right now, I expect a bidding war to start on who should leave first,'' the geopolitical analyst said.
