The more we remain silent - the better. I am an optimist, because what I see internationally obliges us as a nation, as a people, to form a regular government. Today the Western Balkans Council begins - the influence of Serbia, the influence of Greece, the influence of Turkey is enormous, Hungary is increasingly involved in this process. And we, the leaders of the Balkans, are simply observing the processes. Nothing good awaits us if this does not happen. We are obliged to form a government and stand firm in our place. There is a desire in the other parties to form a cabinet, with the exception of Peevski and Assen Vassilev. These are the two political entities that want elections. ITN will get involved when there is some framework. We will write what we need to when we understand each other. This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov to journalists on the sidelines of the National Assembly.
We were the leaders when I was the Prime Minister of Bulgaria. I know Viktor Orban almost as well as I do, he has been my friend for many years, no one will miss out on becoming a leader when others are weak, he said.
When asked if he would be Prime Minister again, Borisov did not comment.
