On the night of Thursday in the area between Pamporovo and Smolyan, a huge tree fell on the road and trapped a taxi. The driver was injured and taken to a hospital in the regional capital. Traffic on the Devin-Krichim road in the Osikovo region is temporarily limited to one lane due to a rock slide.
Seven settlements in Smolyan region, including the villages of Zabardo and Pavelsko, are without electricity due to broken power lines as a result of snowfall. The "Izgrev" hut, which is in the Chepelare region, is also without electricity. However, there are no tourists in it.
