Ninova: Amen to venal patriotism - 1

All kinds of crises have squeezed us. Over the past year, there was political instability, economic uncertainty and social discontent. This is the assessment of the former BSP leader Cornelia Ninova, who created "Unruly Bulgaria".

According to her, the state is in financial chaos, and against this background the deputies are on vacation.

"If I were in Kiselova's place, I would convene the parliament on January 2nd in an extraordinary session. It is not populism."

"We had fake elections with a fake parliament", Ninova believes.

She noted that for 2024 There is a 70-80% drop in foreign investments, and industrial production has been declining for 18 months, and only consumption is currently supporting the economy.

As good news, Kornelia Ninova reports the country's entry into the land Schengen.

There is a need for an alternative, Ninova is categorical, who argues for the creation of her new political project: "There is a need for a real and genuine alternative with one goal - dismantling the backstage and the deep state. Bulgaria is enslaved by its own."

According to her, the small left-wing parties that are part of the BSP - United Left and have declared themselves an alternative are now "at the negotiating table and distributing ministries".

"With actions, they enter into collaboration with this model immediately after the elections."

Kornelia Ninova defined herself as "the only politician who did not sit at the table with the backstage", even though she was "made offers". In her words, she stood up "against quite large forces".

"Alas for venal patriotism!", she commented. "Patriotism in action is to defend the Bulgarian national interest."

"I am no longer involved with the BSP. Let them get better!", declared Ninova and called for them to explain "this betrayal towards the people who supported them", referring to the ongoing negotiations for a regular government.

"We are waiting for registration and we will act. We are starting as a national movement and we will follow the legal path to become a party. We will have a very clear program,", explained Cornelia Ninova for "Nepokorna Bulgaria".
