"During my mandate, we have raised the salaries of transport workers by 62%", said GERB leader Boyko Borisov in connection with the protest of the transport union in the capital, quoted by dariknews.bg.
"For days now we have been hearing about how we have political interference in this scandal. I guarantee that GERB is not participating in these protests", he emphasized.
In his words, "instead of being a diplomatic mayor, Terziev wants to pretend to be stronger than everyone and shift the blame".
"Giving this money to Sofia drivers is a wrong policy, but justified because of the matriculation exams and the chaos that Terziev caused", Borisov added in connection with the proposal that the government provide 15 million leva in addition to the subsidy for Sofia's public transport.
