Due to various initiatives, there will be changes in the organization of traffic in some parts of Sofia today, the press center of the Sofia Municipality announced.
In connection with "Sofia Pride 2025", the ban on staying and parking of vehicles continues until the end of the event today on the eastern side of "Knyaz Alexander I" Square (on the side of "Dyakon Ignatiy" Street), as well as on "Knyaz Alexander I" Square, "Dyakon Ignatiy" Street in the section between "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. and "Aksakov" Street and "Kn. Alexander I" Street in the section between Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. and Saborna St. From 08:00 this morning until the end of the event, the restriction applies to Aksakov St. in the section between G. Benkovski St. and Diakon Ignatiy St.
From 09:00 until the end of the event, vehicles are prohibited from entering in both directions on Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. in the section between Nezavisimost Sq. and G. S. Rakovski St., Aksakov St. in the section between Georgi Benkovski St. and Diakon St. Ignatiy”, „Georgi Benkovski” Str. in the section between „Aksakov” Str. and „Tsar Osvoboditel” Str., „Dyakon Ignatiy” Str. in the section between „Tsar Osvoboditel” Str. and „Aksakov” Str., as well as „Kn. Aleksandar I” Str. in the section between „Saborna” Str. and „Kn. Aleksandar I” Str.
In connection with the organization of a musical event from 14:00 to 21:00 on 14.06.2025, the stay and parking of road vehicles, with the exception of motor vehicles serving the event, and outside the places in the paid parking mode “official subscription“, on “Tsar Shishman“ Str. in the section between “Graf Ignatiev“ Str. and “Gen. Parensov“.
Traffic organization is also introduced due to the holding of a festival. From 07:00 to 22:00 on 14.06.2025, the stay and parking of vehicles is prohibited, with the exception of cars of guests invited to the festival, as follows: on “Astana“ Str. at the “Earth and People“ museum; in the parking lot next to the “Earth and People“ museum.
