The defendant in Siyana's death, Georgi Aleksandrov, does not admit his guilt and requests a change in the measure of restraint from "detention in custody" to a lighter one.
Alexandrov also requests the return of the indictment against him to the prosecutor's office, as he claims that there are ambiguities in it.
Alexandrov also objects to the constitution of Siyana's grandfather as a private prosecutor.
The Pleven District Court will rule on these requests after 3:00 p.m. The case, although in a public session, continues to be heard without the presence of journalists. The order for this is from Judge Dorotea Simeonova, BNT reports.
She does not give reasons for her decision.
