Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will participate today at 10:30 in the inspection of the completed repair works and complete reconstruction of the "Yasna Polyana" water treatment plant, the government press service announced, quoted by BTA.
The investment is for over 22 million leva and guarantees a secure water supply and high quality of drinking water for residents and guests along the Southern Black Sea Coast. The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Ivanov and the Regional Governor Vladimir Krumov will also be present during the inspection.

According to him, many problems that existed in the past have already been solved, with water supply being one of them. Large water pipes have been replaced, the treatment plant of the "Yasna Polyana" dam will be put into operation from June 3-4, the dams are full, including the "Kamchia" dam. "Even if not a drop falls in the next two years, there will be water in the region," Krumov pointed out at the time.
The "Kamchia" dams and "Yasna Polyana" have good volumes and there will be drinking water for the entire tourist season, said the Minister of Environment and Water Manol Genov in early July.
