The Electricity System Operator (ESO) has notified ERM West that from 21.07.2025 to 08.08.2025 it will carry out repairs to its facility at the “Vakarel“ substation.
The repairs require a change in the power supply scheme for electricity consumers in settlements on the territory of Ihtiman municipality. This may lead to power supply disruptions in the following villages: Balyovc, Belitsa, Borika, Buzyakovtsi, Brdo, Vakarel, Verinsko, Dzhamuzovtsi, Kostadinkino, Mechkovtsi, Panovtsi, Paunovo, Popovtsi, Razhana, Selyanin and Semkovtsi.
As the operator of the electricity distribution network, ERM Zapad has an obligation to ensure safe conditions for operation on the network. Changing the power supply scheme cannot be carried out without operational switching, which leads to short power supply interruptions.
ERM Zapad is taking all measures to minimize inconvenience to consumers. The company is constantly ready to respond in case of need.
