President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Rumen Radev will visit the military plant "Arsenal" in Kazanlak, dariknews.bg reported.
During the visit, the head of state will meet with the management of the enterprise and will get acquainted with the production process and the prospects for the development of the plant.
President Rumen Radev will visit the town of Levski at 9:00 p.m. on the occasion of the 188th anniversary of the birth of Vasil Levski and 80 years since the declaration of the settlement as a town, the press secretariat of the head of state announced, quoted by BTA.
During the ceremony, Radev will deliver a speech and a solemn lighting ceremony on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the Apostle of Freedom.
The beginning of the festive July 18 will be marked with a solemn ritual of raising the flags of Bulgaria, the European Union and the Municipality of Levski. A festive blessing and prayer service for the residents of the city will be served by the Metropolitan of Veliko Tarnovo Grigoriy.
At an official ceremony, the symbols of the newly declared “Honorary Citizen of the City of Levski and the settlements constituting the municipality“ will be presented. The celebration will continue with the traditional civic procession and worship in front of the monument of Vasil Levski.
