Today will be even hotter, BNT reported. A second-degree warning, code orange, has been announced in almost the entire country, for maximum temperatures from 38° to 42°, in Sofia, as well as in the extreme northwestern parts of the country - around 37°.
It will remain sunny, after noon over the mountainous areas with temporary increases in cloudiness.
It will also be sunny on the Black Sea coast, but again less hot, with maximum temperatures from 30° to 32°. The sea water temperature is 24°-26°. The sea will be slightly rough.
Very good conditions for tourism and walking in the mountains tomorrow too – light to moderate winds and mostly sunny weather.
It will remain very hot and mostly sunny until Friday, but there will also be afternoon showers, with a higher probability in mountainous areas. On Saturday, a cooling will begin, which will bring locally intense precipitation, thunderstorms and conditions for hail.
