The plane from Warsaw to Sofia on July 26 was returned to the Polish capital again. The reason for the return was a suspicion of an inoperative landing gear, reports a reader of Fakti, who traveled on the flight in question.
A check with the flightradar24 website shows that the machine took off at 3:08 p.m. local time.

It passed through the airspace of Slovakia and Hungary and before entering that of Romania, it turned around and returned to Warsaw. The passengers landed in an emergency preparedness position, taking a position according to the instructions of the cabin crew to prevent injuries: leaning forward, with their hands behind their heads.
The reader sends us a photo of the fire trucks immediately after the plane landed in the Polish capital.

This is the second such incident on the Warsaw-Sofia-Warsaw route of the Polish airlines LOT. On June 29, the pilot of the flight from Sofia to Warsaw reported an emergency situation when approaching the Polish capital. At the time, unofficial sources at Warsaw Airport reported that the probable cause was overheating or a possible fire in the aircraft's braking system.
Fortunately, there were no reports of any passengers or crew members being injured in either incident.
