According to the decision of the government, properties are being expropriated - private property in the lands of the town of Botevgrad and the village of Skravena (Sofia region) for the state's need to build a site: &bdquo "Modernization of a section of road I-1 (E-79) "Mezdra-Botevgrad" from km 161+367 to km 194+164.89. They are necessary in connection with an approved project to amend the PUP-parcel plan, which provides for the replacement of the designed roundabouts on one level with road junctions on two levels. In addition, during the implementation of the project, incorrectly photographed, incorrectly reflected or omitted networks and facilities were found, which should be duly marked in the plan. The funds needed to finance the property expropriation procedure are provided by the “Road Infrastructure” Agency. The decision can be appealed to the administrative court for the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.

According to another government decision, properties and parts of properties - private property on the territory of Targovishte and Razgrad regions are expropriated for the construction of nearly 12 km of the “Hemus“ highway. (from km 299+000 to km 310+940). They are located in the lands of the villages of Bistra, Saedinenie and Makariopolsko in the municipality of Targovishte and in the town of Loznitsa and the village of Manastirtsi, municipality of Loznitsa, district of Razgrad. The means for compensating the owners are at the expense of the “Road Infrastructure” Agency. The decision can be appealed to the administrative court for the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.

Properties - private property on the territory of the Sofia region are also being expropriated for the completion of a road interchange at km 33+600 of the “Europa” highway, which is part of the modernization of the I-8 road “Kalotina - p.v. Brave“. They are located in the land of Petarch village, Kostinbrod municipality. The means for compensating the owners are at the expense of the “Road Infrastructure” Agency. The decision can be appealed to the administrative court for the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.

The government decided to transfer to the Municipality of Svishtov the management of public state-owned properties related to the historical past of the region and the country. One land property is located in the area “Staklen” and has an area of 19,586 sq. m., and the second, with an area of 68,280 sq. m., falls in the “Pametnitsi” area. The two fields have been used by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food until now, but they are no longer necessary for it. The properties are provided at the request of the mayor of Svishtov Municipality for the realization of a municipal object “Historical place in the valley of the Tekir Dere River, where the Russian troops disembarked in 1877 and the first battles for the Liberation of Bulgaria were fought, east of the city. Svishtov“. It is not planned to be used for economic activity.

The Municipality of Popovo receives the ownership of a property - private state property, located on "Zaraevska" street. No. 2 in Popovo. It is a terrain with an area of 8758 square meters and buildings in it. The property will be used for administrative needs and provision of workplaces for employees of the Municipality. If the planned activities are not implemented within 5 years of its acquisition, Popovo Municipality is obliged to transfer it to the state.

By another decision of the government, the Municipality of Primorsko receives state properties in the town of Primorsko. They have a total area of 14,012 sq. m. and will be used to build a municipal city park with landscaping and recreation areas, outdoor sports (playgrounds) and fitness facilities, an open stage for cultural events, children's facilities and playgrounds for play, monument and free parking spaces. In one of the properties, there are buildings in poor technical condition and with structural deformations, which is why actions will be taken to remove them. The properties will be used and managed solely by the Municipality of Primorsko in a non-profit way. The regional governor of Burgas will be entrusted with the task of developing a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks to ensure the conditions under which the properties are transferred.

The municipality of Sozopol receives state property in the village of Ravadinovo. The land has an area of 2,890 square meters and will be used for the construction of a public service building for the needs of the municipal “Pensioner and Disabled Club” with the corresponding premises to it, a public hall for cultural events and an open children's playground with places for recreation. It will be used and managed by the Municipality of Sozopol for a non-economic purpose. The regional governor of Burgas will be entrusted with the task of developing a control mechanism, through which he will carry out periodic checks for the fulfillment of the conditions under which the property is transferred.

Municipality of Stara Zagora receives ownership of properties - private state property in the town of Stara Zagora. They have a total area of 9,433 square meters and will be used to build and maintain a publicly accessible recreation and sports area (urban park). It will have outdoor facilities - ropeways, fitness areas, outdoor courts with free access for football, volleyball, basketball, tennis tables, a dog park with areas for walking and training, public parking and streets. The goal is to create a better infrastructure in the municipality that will meet public needs. A commitment of the regional governor of the Stara Zagora region to develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks for the fulfillment of the conditions under which the properties are transferred is envisaged.
