The "House of Moscow" previously confiscated by the Latvian authorities in Riga has been put up for auction with a starting price of EUR 3.57 million, the national state television and radio portal lsm.lv reported.
According to his information, a land property with an area of 966 square meters and the building located on it was announced for auction. The auction will start on August 20 and will continue until September 19.
On January 11, the Seimas (Parliament) of Latvia approved the transfer of the House of Moscow in Riga to state ownership. at the same time, it was planned to transfer the funds from its subsequent sale to Ukraine.
