The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision on the free provision of public state-owned property for the management of the National Revenue Agency. The property, located in the district of Sofia, Sofia, Capital Municipality, district “Mladost“, blvd. “Tsarigradsko shose“ No. 111, is a landed property, undeveloped land of 3155 square meters. m, for which the Public State Property Act No. 2080 of January 24, 2018 was drawn up. With the provision of the property - public state property for the management of the National Revenue Agency, conditions will be created for better management and for the more convenient use of the building of the revenue agency, the maintenance of the property and the provision of normal access for the customers and employees of the revenue administration.< /p>
In another decision, the government changed the status of a piece of property representing a warehouse, declaring it private state property and consenting to its removal.
