The renovation of the first 30 blocks that were approved in the first stage of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan has begun in Burgas, the municipality's press center announced. They are located in the "Meden Rudnik", "Izgrev", "Slaveykov" complexes and one block in "Lazur" complexes.
The Municipality of Burgas announced public procurement for engineering of 22 residential buildings that were approved, but fell into the reserve list for financing under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan.
The state's promises are that in the next 5 years all buildings that are on the reserve lists will be renovated. The expectations are that funds for them will be included in the 2026 Budget. For this reason, the Municipality of Burgas is starting to announce the procedures in order to save time and, when funds are secured, the renovation work can begin as soon as possible, the municipality specified.
