One of the famous hotels during the Sotsa era in Klisura is again looking for its new owner. In the first attempt to sell it through a private court executor, the price was 384,000 leva. At the moment, it has fallen twice – to 158,400 leva. Whether the property will be sold this time is questionable, as it is in a rather poor condition and significant investments are needed to bring it into the form necessary for exploitation.
The area of the hotel is 2,200 sq m. This includes the main building with a total area of 852 sq m. – house, garage, two wooden bungalows, a villa and sanitary facilities.
The area around Klisura, which is located just over 100 km. from Sofia, is a preferred place for tourism, so the site has potential for development.
The owner of the property is the company “Planet Service“ EOOD. The next auction will be held on July 25. The reason for the sale is the company's accumulated debts to a bank and other types of creditors.
