A Bulgarian chain of building materials is investing 30 million leva in the construction of a modern logistics base on the "Trakia" highway, near Burgas. The new property will spread over a 60-acre site and be built by a Burgas construction company. Its total built-up area will be 20,500 sq m and includes:
- A high-bay warehouse with a capacity of nearly 10,000 pallet spaces
- A warehouse for bulk goods (8,000 sq m)
- Warehouse for fast-moving goods (2000 sq.m.)
- Showroom with an area of 3000 sq.m.
- Administrative part for managing the base
The center will be fully digitalized and automated. A total of 40 new jobs will be created.
ΠIt is planned to install a solar installation for the production of energy.
