Relatives and sympathizers of the tragedy with the murdered Filip Arsov gather in front of the Courthouse in Sofia on Friday morning, NOVA reported.
An hour later, the case will be heard against the 37-year-old driver who hit the boy with his car last September on a footpath in the capital.
According to the experts, at a permitted speed of 30 km/h, he was driving at a speed of 88 km/h and under the influence of alcohol.
