District Court – Dupnitsa took a measure of remand "detention in custody" for a 31-year-old woman accused of threats to her ex-husband, as well as illegal possession of a firearm - a pistol. The woman is unemployed, and her husband is a car dealer, BNR reported.
They have two children. The reasons for the woman's threats against the man with whom they are separated are not clear.
The woman is accused of threatening to kill in the context of domestic violence.
The court finds that there is a real danger that the accused will commit a crime. The illegal possession of a firearm that is capable of reproducing a shot and that has the make and model data erased leads to the conclusion that it concerns an extremely high degree of public danger of the act and the perpetrator, although in this case the accused with good characteristics data, it says in the ruling, which is subject to appeal and/or protest within 3 days from today, before the District Court - Kyustendil.
