„With a decree of the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office dated 26.09.2024, the suspension of the sentence of the convicted has been suspended, the ministry says.

Employees of the Main Directorate “Security“ have checked the two addresses known to the prison administration in Sofia. However, the man has not been found. Therefore, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office was immediately notified to take follow-up actions by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for declaring him a national wanted person, the Ministry of Justice explains.

We remind you that the threats began after an investigation she did in the column “On the trail”. Two weeks ago, we told you about Ana Georgieva and her friend Boris Belitz - brokers, accused of two cases of kidnapping, threatening to kill and inflicting bodily harm. The owners of the properties were allegedly forcibly kept in apartments and forced to sign documents.

In one of the cases, it is a question of threats with the aim of giving 85,000 BGN received from the sale of a property in Sofia. In this case, Georgieva was in custody at the Sliven prison for eight months, after which she was under house arrest for a year. He has been free on bail for several days. In 2011, she was given a suspended sentence for breaking into hotel rooms for the purpose of robbery. After an agreement with the prosecutor's office, she was rehabilitated. Boris is currently serving a sentence in prison in Kazichene for driving under the influence of alcohol.

„He called me on the phone a few nights ago. He told me “I will make you famous”. For me, this is blackmail, intimidation. Ana Georgieva told me directly that she was going to kill me. Before that, I was threatened by Julian Dimitrov, who allegedly acquires properties through threats and arson. I have filed a report with the SDVR. They stopped bothering me. However, Dimitrov and his girlfriends started calling the people I photographed. They are trying to shut me up, but I will continue to work. I already record all conversations because I don't get threats the first time. Today I will report the threats from Georgieva and Belitz, the journalist explained on the air of "Hello, Bulgaria".
