Teenagers broke into a local health service near Belogradchik, reported the police.

Criminal investigators are investigating the robbery that took place on October 1 in the village of Gara Oreshets. At 4:30 a.m., unknown persons broke down the front door and entered the local health service.

A 53-year-old dentist from Belogradchik, who stayed the night there, was hit in the face with a metal object. The attackers took a sum of money in the amount of about BGN 400-500 from a bag in the room and ran away.

An operational group has carried out an inspection of the scene of the accident. In the course of the immediate actions taken in the case, an 18-year-old from the village of Medovnitsa and a 16-year-old from the village of Gara Oreshets were detained. The two have been arrested.

The work of the investigative team continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office. An investigation has been launched in the RU-Belogradchik.

The complicity of the two detainees with another assault, carried out on the night of September 30 and October 1, is being clarified – theft of a metal cash register with documents from the post office in the same village. The cash register was found with a broken lock, without missing, in the area of the railway station in the village. A task force has carried out an inspection. The work of the investigators on the case continues.
