Car parts worth 8 million euros were found in a base in the Sofia village of Voluyak within the framework of an international special operation. The actions took place in mid-October on the territory of several European countries in connection with an investigation by Europol and a European warrant issued for the investigation of stolen auto parts by the prosecutor's office in Landshud, Federal Republic of Germany for stolen auto parts.
In the special operation in Bulgaria, under the supervision of the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, investigators from the “Investigative” from the SGP, employees of the Main Directorate “National Police”. Within the framework of the procedural actions in an administrative building-warehouse in the village of Voluyak, various parts for motor vehicles - object of theft, valued at 8 million euros, were found and seized. The attack took place on June 22 of this year in the Bavarian town of Wallersdorf.
All the actions of the investigation on our territory were carried out in the presence of a prosecutor and employees of the "Criminal Police" Inspectorate. in the town of Landshud. Operational actions on the ground were supported by representatives of Europol, directorate “European Center for Combating Serious and Organized Crime” (ESOCC).
