Judge Dorotea Toncheva ordered the Court Security to forcibly remove journalists from the pre-trial hearing on the case on the accident that killed Siyana, BNT reported.

Judge Simeonova adjourned the hearing and scheduled it for 11:00 a.m. so that there would be no journalists in the courtroom.
The hearing is open and there is no reason to hold it behind closed doors.
99 days after the fatal accident on March 31, the Pleven District Court began the trial on the death of Siyana and her grandfather's serious bodily injury.
Siyana's father Nikolay Popov previously commented to BNT that he does not believe that the driver of the truck that ran over the car in which the child was riding will plead guilty.
By order of Judge Dorotea Simeonova, seven uniformed members of the Court Security Guard are guarding the courtroom to prevent journalists from entering the case.
