An expert from the Children's Pedagogical Room will work with the minor boy detained in the case with the Ruse police chief, BNT reported.
The consideration of the measure of non-detention of the fourth detainee for the incident continued for more than four hours. The Court of Appeal in Veliko Tarnovo overturned the decision of the District Court - Ruse and imposed a lighter measure on 15-year-old Stanislav.
The punishment imposed is supervision by an expert from the Children's Pedagogical Room. Earlier, the other three detainees were released under house arrest.
The court's work continued for nearly thirteen hours, and at the beginning of the first session, new evidence was added to the case, including a record of the interrogation of Senior Commissioner Kozhuharov and a video examination of the camera recordings.
The decisions of the Court of Appeal are final and cannot be appealed.
