A pistol, dozens of cartridges of different calibers and a hand grenade lighter were found by police in a private property in the Montana village of Pishturka.
The search was carried out on September 12 based on information that the occupant of the property - a 67-year-old resident of the same village - was storing the war materials without the appropriate permit.
The man was detained for up to 24 hours at the Lom police station, and a speedy investigation has been initiated into the case for a crime with generally dangerous means.
Subsequently, 42 liters of brandy without a document for paid excise duty were found and seized in the same property, which was handed over to customs officers in Lom.
A report has been drawn up for this crime under the Excise and tax warehouses.
