The Federation of Transport Trade Unions of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (KNSB) will celebrate the Day of the transport worker today in Sofia. This was announced by the press center of the National Security Service of Ukraine, BTA reported.
The celebration will begin at 10:30 a.m. on the "Vazrazhdane" square. Among the planned attractions is a free ride on a vintage tram. As part of the event, vintage photos will be shown illustrating part of the history of public transport, as well as a vintage ticket. There will also be entertainment for the little ones, as well as a DJ party, KNSB added.
The route of the tram, which will depart at 11:00 a.m., is: “Vazrazhdane“ – “Alabin“ – “Graf Ignatiev“ – Square “Journalist“ – “Graf Ignatiev“ – “Revival“ – The five caches – NDC – quarter “Ivan Vazov“ – NDC – The five caches – “Revival“ – Blvd. “Hristo Botev“ – Central Station – Depot “Banishora“.
The day of the transport worker is marked by Decision No. 120 of the Council of Ministers of March 23, 1965 on the last Sunday of June, according to the information of the "Reference" department. of BTA.
