"I am afraid of the wave of refugees in our country . Since the beginning of the year, over 270,000 migrants from India, Pakistan and other Muslim countries have come to Bulgaria." This is what the 63-year-old favorite of Bulgaria Veselin Marinov shared before "Bulgaria today".
According to the singer, the lack of labor and low wages in the more developed countries of the world, such as Bulgaria in the background of the Third World republics, is the main reason for the arrival of migrants.
"For these supposedly well-developed economies, it is more profitable to pay far lower wages to precisely such people - refugees, than to pay as much as they should to the local population," the singer is emphatic and adds: "The misfortune of Western Europe, which is flooded with refugees, coming to us! It's just that the migrant wave is delayed by a few years, but in Bulgaria we have yet to face the horror that has been suffocating Western countries for more than 15 years.
The winner of dozens of prestigious awards in our country and around the world is constantly informed about what is happening in the rest of Europe and what are the problems of the governments that they are trying to solve, provoked by the millions of refugees.
At the beginning of the summer, the performer of the song "Easy to Love" was on holiday by car and traveled around several countries, his final destination being his beloved Germany, where Veselin Marinov lived for 4 years in the past. Vesco claims that large cities in Western Europe are overpopulated by migrants.
And even though he sounds pessimistic and worried, emphasizing the misery our country will face in the short term because of refugees, religious-based crimes, street violence and undercutting, Marinov is nonetheless happy.
"The happiness I feel at concerts is what keeps me going. In the summer theaters and halls all over Bulgaria, people gather with whom we are of the same blood type, who think like me, who love the beauty in the relationship between a man and a woman, who carry in their hearts the attitude towards their homeland, who feel respect for their parents and feel the same pain as I do from what is happening in Bulgaria."
Veselin Marinov also tells that when he sang the song "For you, Bulgaria" at a concert, everyone was moved to tears. The singer says: "Salons are now filled much more easily than in previous years, because people have a need to find like-minded people and they do it at a concert, at an exhibition, in the theater, and not looking for inspiration on the Internet. I wish for health so that I can continue to experience this miracle with the audience!".
Veselin Marinov believes that: "Society throughout the world will sooner or later take matters into its own hands and this global destruction that has started in the world will not reach God's punishment, such as wars". The performer is perplexed and seeks an answer to the question of why the entry of digital relationships into life has killed people's feelings. "You yourself know what it was like to write a letter by hand, to seal it in the envelope, to wait with trepidation for the day when the postman's leather bag will open and you will finally receive the answer. Young people cannot make a difference and appreciate the beauty in human relationships left in the past, today they text each other, they are children of the digital world," concludes the performer for the publication.
