Two girls were arrested in Moscow for driving their friend to suicide, according to the Telegram channel of the capital courts.
Earlier, the department announced that the girls, while they were in the apartment with the victim, insulted her, slandered her, threatened her with violence and humiliated her human dignity for a long time. At the same time, they filmed all their actions on camera. Their victim later died in hospital.
The Metropolitan Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for “incitement to suicide” under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
„With the decisions of the Tver District Court of Moscow, the requests of the investigators to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to Anastasia Andreevna Kizilova and Albina Atobekovna Voronina for a period of 2 months until November 13, 2024 were satisfied.< /p>
The defendants are accused of committing a crime under Article 110, Part 2, Letter “d“ of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (suicide tendency)”, the message says.
