Employees of a restaurant in the suburbs of Paris have been taken hostage by the son of the owner of the establishment, reports the "Figaro" newspaper.
The area of the strange incident in Issy-les-Moulineaux has been cordoned off by police, BFMTV reports. There are three or four detained employees, there are no visitors in the establishment, adds "Figaro".
The man, who expressed an intention to kill himself, is not known to the police and judicial authorities for anti-social behavior.
